Building a Bold & Scalable Brand for Industry Domination
HDMK wanted a minimalistic identity to resonate in people's minds and rejuvenate its image. The new visual identity gave them a more modern and professional look better suited for mass marketing, which was part of our new brand strategy to bolster their image prior to franchising. The brand book we developed includes a wide array of communication tools that allow HDMK to maintain a coherent appearance and tone of voice across their locations and different media platforms.

Engaging Prospects Through User-Focused Tools
The site has become a cornerstone of the sales process for all audiences, homeowners, real estate agents, and franchisees alike. Users are guided across a series of information touchpoints to influence perception and encourage them to schedule an appointment, download the app, apply for a job, or request franchise information. To better facilitate business for a growing franchise, we incorporated an interactive corporate locations map to help users find the nearest branch and easily access company details, as well as a chat app to engage in real-time conversation.
To bolster SEO, as well as brand equity, each franchise location is given its own landing page within the main corporate site to house specific company information, pricing, and team photos. In order to streamline administration tasks across the franchise, we built a custom franchisee portal. From here, owners can access and download marketing materials and company documents as well as gain access to a private company store where they can order new uniforms, tools and company collateral.
