Committed to raising the standards for their industry, HDMK is a leader in property services, specializing in inspection and pest control services. Through strategic branding and a rigorous business model, HDMK has quickly become a premier franchise in their industry.
Initially, the business was split across multiple companies, each with their own website — leading to missed opportunities to sell across the business and requiring content duplication across multiple domains. As the company moved toward changing their customer-facing brand to the HDMK umbrella, they needed a design partner to unify all of their offerings into a universal brand and modern digital experience.
A new design language for a new standard
We branded HDMK with a new visual identity that distinguishes them as the “new standard” on a mission to improve the industry. The introduction of a new design language and system offered a bold and modern perspective in a visually stale and outdated industry.
A new digital standard for user experience
The site has become a cornerstone of the sales process for all audiences, homeowners, real estate agents, and franchisees alike. To better facilitate business for a growing franchise, we incorporated an interactive corporate locations map to help users find the nearest branch and easily access company details, as well as a chat app to engage in real-time conversation.
Reducing barriers to entry
Users are guided across a series of information touch points to influence perception and drive action. We designed a scheduling app for clients and a report app for inspectors. These apps help facilitate the ease of doing business with HDMK as customers and franchise owners, reducing barriers to entry and serving as another differentiator for positioning HDMK as the new standard.
